Hey friends! Over the past couple months I’ve definitely be on a health kick. I’ve been really into making (& eating 😉) healthy foods and finding healthier substitutes for popular foods. I know snacking can sometimes be looked down on in healthy eating communities, but if I’m hungry I’d definitely prefer to eat a healthy snack than cave and eat a bunch of junk food.
