Hey guys! Happy Monday! I haven’t done a pen-pal post for quite a while, and I really do love packaging things up and sending them to my pen-pal friends. One of my favorite things to send / receive in letters are stickers. I recently started collecting stickers on a water bottle, and while I was on Etsy a few weeks ago shopping for stickers, I came across this great Etsy shop, and sweet Emma agreed to send me a few stickers to share with you guys. 🙂
Hello friends! These past few weeks I’ve been creating lots of “artistic tidbits” 😛 in a variety of different mediums and styles! I have also come to find that I enjoy working in different art styles, so recently I’ve been experimenting with many of those as well. ANWAY, enough rambling, let’s get on with the post!
Hello everyone!! Welcome back to another Art Lab post! Today I’ll be showing you a quick and super easy technique on drawing Mandala’s. I’ve always found it hard to draw fine detail flowers and such, but I love how this technique is super easy and the results are always great!
Hello everyone! I’ve got some exciting news!! Art Lab’s back! Make sure to check out The Art Lab every weekend for art inspiration and tutorials!! Today I will be sharing some fun Spring ATC ideas, inspired by the great outdoors!
Hello everyone!! I haven’t done a recent art post for almost 6 months (WHAT??) so today I decided to do one! 🙂 Recently I have been making SO MANY projects and I’m excited to share them with you! I also made a cute little organizer that I have a tutorial for, which I’m also excited to share!
Hello everyone! I am so excited to show you my new Etsy shop! I have been wanting to do this for a while now, actually ever since I had this awesome idea, which I will be sharing with you in a minute! Anyway, I will be selling high quality, hand painted with watercolor, cards, in the size and shape of ATC’s. These textured cards are the perfect canvas for collages, doodles, whatever you like!
The final! I am so sad! 😦 😦 But look out next Monday for a fun new season!
Anyway, Hello Everyone! Today it is obviously the final and I have decided to do something super special! A galaxy ATC how to!
Hello everyone! Today I wanted to show you pictures of all of my ATC’s!
I have traded a few ATC’s with friends, family and with this ATC trade but most of them I have made myself! Get ready for a lot of ATC’s!
Hello everyone! Welcome to Paint and Pens #3!
Today we will work with some watercolor paint to make 2 really beautiful ATC’s!
Hello everyone! Welcome to the second episode of my craft series!
Note: I have decided to call my craft series “Paint and Pens”
Have you ever colored adult coloring books? I have and really like them! Today we are going to make Adult Coloring ATC’s, they are really easy and super fun to make!
For today’s ATC’s you will need an adult coloring book page, pencils or fine tip markers, gel pens (optional but highly recommended)
- This is a super easy ATC to make!
- Draw 2 1/2″ by 3 1/2″ rectangles onto the adult coloring book page with a pencil.
- Note: Make sure to be careful of where you draw out your ATC’s, for example if there is a pretty flower that you want in your ATC make sure not to cut it in half 🙂
- Cut out the traced rectangles.
- Now time for the fun part!
- Color in the ATC’s with markers or pencils.
- I like to outline the shapes with gel pens, especially the glitter kind! It adds a pretty shine to them! (thanks to my clever friend Anna for the idea)
Here are some of the Adult coloring book ATC’s that I made!
I hope you had fun making ATC’s with me! Watch out for next weeks episode of Paint and Pens!
Sneak peak for next week!
Have a great week!
