Hey guys! I can’t believe it’s already this time of year again! In just a couple of weeks the weather will start to cool down and before we know it, we’ll be putting away our shorts & swimsuits. (crazy, right!?) I have to say though, September & October are two of my favorite months, and I might be the only one, but I love transition outfits.
