Hey guys! Today I’m so excited to answer all your questions, and I hope you guys enjoy getting to know me a little better. I also included a little photoshoot of me and my sister, if you have a sister and haven’t done a photoshoot together it’s so much fun and you guys should totally do one together – it’s an awesome time to get to know your sister better, especially if you don’t hang out a lot together. ❤

Last night we got dumped with snow. I like the idea of snow, and enjoy it for the first few hours – then it just becomes a mess.

Favorite Movie?

Umm, I really like Wonder, but other than that I don’t really watch to many movies? My siblings often dominate our computer? 😛

Favorite book color?

Hmm, do you mean like the outside of the book? I like red hard covered books, they seem to stand out from the typical green and gray ones.

Snowboarding or skiing?

I’ve only ever been skiing, so I’ll stick with skiing.

How many siblings-girls or boys?

I have 6 siblings, 2 sisters and 4 brothers, all younger.

Do you plan plan to continue blogging/running etsy all the way through 2019?

YESS! I also have some other super exciting things I’m working on.

How many Joanna Gaines books do you have?

I only have Homebody, but I am borrowing the cookbook from our library – if that counts? 😛

 

Best and worst book you have ever read?

Best book? Probably the Penderwicks series. I usually quit reading books if they are bad or I don’t like them.

Longest road trip you have gone on?

We live in Ohio, so the longest road trip was driving to Texas, it took us 2.5 days to drive down there, then we only stayed 3 days. Yeah, it’s a long story.

Do you plan to make a new line of products for your Etsy shop every month?

Nooooo. 😛 I am going to try to add a least 3 products every week, but I only plan on launch a collect ever 2-4 months – especially because I’m also working on some other big projects.

Do you have a role model? If so, who is it? 

I actually have a few. 2 are Lauren Daigle and Joanna Gaines, I love how they are “in” the secular world, but still stick to their Christian faith. 🙂

Random Question: Do you have a color printer?

Yes, 3 to be exact.

When did you first start painting?

Umm, I know it was before I can remember. But if you’re asking when I really got into painting ATC’s, then it was in the summer of 2017.

This is so a blooper picture. 😂 My brother thought it would be to throw a snowball at me, so he did, and it hit my leg (as you can see 😛 )

When did you first start baking?

Again, it was like forever ago. I’ve pretty much been cooking for my entire life. It started with making our family’s favorite cookies for our neighbors with my mom, and baking cherry pies with my dad.

What do you like about your state?

I like how safe it is and also how their is so much to do. Even though I’m slighty disgruntled that our nearest big shopping mall is 1.5 hours away, we can go to the lake for a weekend, we can drive to the big shopping mall (which we’ve done once 😛 ), there is also many outdoorsy places, and hiking places, even though I really do hate hiking. (sigh)

How do you advertise your blog?

I honestly don’t. 😛 I am hoping to start doing a little more with Pinterest and SEO, the thing is I know how to generally do SEO but it’s not my favorite thing to do ever.

What is your favorite subject to write about?

I really like writing lifestyle blog posts, and also inspirational ones too.

Do you ever want to blog as a career?

I do want to continue blogging, but that isn’t the only thing I want to do. I’d say partly.

Reading or writing?

I really do like both, but if I had to choose it would probably be reading.

If you could have dinner with any six people – dead or alive – who would they be?

Hmm, I don’t really know. It would be fun to meet some of my blogging friends though. 🙂

If you could be anywhere, doing anything, with anyone right now, what would you choose?

I’m honestly happy where I am. 🙂

Creative.

If you had to change your name, what would you choose?

I really like the name Bethany and I think it would suit me well, but I can’t imagine being called Bethany when I’ve been called Hannah for all my life.

What is your favorite color?

I really like burgundy (if that isn’t obvious) and rose gold.

What made you want to start blogging?

I really don’t know, I guess because it was just something I had to do for school, then I liked it enough to keep doing it.

Who are your favorite bloggers?

I really like every blogger in the blogosphere for a different reason – without every single one of you we wouldn’t be who we are today. 🙂

Event you’re looking forward to most in 2019?

I don’t think there is a particular event, but I’m excited for this year in general.

Tomboy or girly girl?

Girly girl in every way possible.

What do you tell yourself when you get discouraged?

I honestly just take a break, and go read, or hang out with someone, or drink green tea.

How has blogging grown you as a person?

I think it’s really improved my social skills, 2 years ago – or even a year ago, I could’ve talked to people and made new friends like I have this past year.

Are you team pancake or team waffle? (there is only one right answer, it’s pancake)

Do you like cold or warm weather better?

I like warm weather better generally, but I like spring and fall. I don’t like sweating in the summer, and I don’t like always having to wear a coat in the winter.

If you had to choose between going to Paris and going to Greece, which one would it be?

#thestruggleisreal I really want to (and hope to) go to both, but if I had to choose, I’d say Paris.

What time of day (or night) do you spend writing your book?

So, (sighs) I’m actually not writing my book right now. I decided that in order to publish a book, I wanted a website with some content on it, so I decided to work on that this year, and I’m hoping to publish next year.

I’ve always liked historical fiction.

Do you prefer being a called a bookworm to a book dragon?

Book dragon all the way – it sounds more exciting, besides I don’t wanna be a worm. 😛

Do you enjoy playing board or card games?

I’m really not a game person, sorry.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?

I think I said this above, but I’m pretty content where I am. 🙂 I would however like to move closer to our town, where we go to church, most of our friends live, etc.

What have you been learning from God?

I’ve been learning to trust God no matter what, and to know that his ways are best for me, no matter what my plans are. 🙂

Can you please tell me your top 10 favorite books?

Goodness, this is tricky. Ummm, probably to name a few: The Penderwicks, The Mysterious Benedict Series, Little Women, and basically anything Jane Austin.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I really like reading, drinking tea, hanging out with friends, watching YouTube, and constantly re-decorating my bulletin board.

Favorite restaurant?

I don’t really go out to eat much, but I do like some local restaurants in our town, I also like Chick Fil A – but who doesn’t.

Favorite movie quote?

I don’t really know….:P

Dogs or cats?

Dogs all the wayyyy. 😀

Whipped cream or marshmallows?

Whipped cream, on hot cocoa, fruit (if I’m feeling healthy, but want a treat) or just squirting it in my mouth.

A weird dream you’ve had recently?

I’m sure this is going to be disappointing, but I haven’t had a dream in a long time. Actually I do think I had one last night, but I’ve already forgot it. (sigh)

    I liked Chick Fil A up until the time my four year old sister threw up beside our table from car sickness. That was awkward, to say the least!! XP
