September Happenings {Monthly Wrap-Up}

Hello friends! Today I’m excited to be back with my usual monthly wrap up posts!

-The Goals From Last Month-

Let’s see how I did…

As usual, I’ll be writing in green if I succeeded and red if I failed.

  • Finish Writing My Novel. (unfortunately not, I’ve kinda put writing on the back burner for a minute…)
  • Start working on a business project idea. (YESSS. (the reason that writing is on the back burner. XD) I’m actually announcing it in just a few days, October 1 to be exact. πŸ˜€
  • Exercise 6 days a week. (mostly)
  • Hopefully get something. I can’t say what yet, just something. I’ll tell you if it ends up happening. IT HAPPENED!!!!!!! MY SISTER GOT A PUPPY! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ I’m planning a post sometime soon!
  • Go see Tobymac and Hollyn and Crowder. (sort of)
  • Take a 5 second video clip every day. (I forgot, whoops)
  • Keep up with school. (mostly)
  • Read 5 books, not just magazines. (whoops. I do have some more coming at the library though!)
  • Publish 12 blog posts. (I published a lame five. ugh.)

Well I didn’t do to bad. Unfortunately I accomplished the easier goals, but not the really important and necessary ones. 😦

-What I Did Do-

  • Worked really hard on my business, which I’m super excited about.
  • Was pretty productive.
  • This month was literally super crazy busy for me. Unfortunately a close family friend passed away this past month and I was in the funeral, so that was something to prepare for and we also visited my grandma a lot this month as well.
  • I feel like I learned a lot this month, not just with school, but some pretty important life stuff as well.
  • Speaking of school, I kept up with that as well! πŸ™‚
  • I made some art and started making some ATC’s again, which as we all know is tons of fun and relaxing! πŸ˜€

And that’s pretty much it. Nothing to exciting actually. XD

-Posts From This Month-

Ugh, I’m so frustrated with how much I posted this month. Things seemed to have slowed down a bit though, so for October I’m going to try to stay on a schedule, which so far seems to be working.

Wrapping up August!

The good thing is that most of the posts I did post this month I worked really hard on, and was happy with how they came out! πŸ˜‰

There were a lot of pretty sunsets this month. Unfortunately I only captured one, but I love how the photos turned out! πŸ™‚

Ok, here’s like the only picture that I have of my sister’s new puppy Leo. Isn’t he just adorable? I’ll hopefully be posting more pictures soon. Btw. Leo is a standard Aussiedoodle, which means that his mother is an Australian Shepard and that his father is a poodle.

Here’s a picture of me actually, (yes I did take it, on self timer πŸ˜‰ ) last Sunday morning. I love that it’s getting cooler, and that it was actually cool enough to wear boots to church. Isn’t that awesome? XD

Next up is something interesting (at least I think so) My dad found this butterfly on our car, and sadly it was dead. But happily (for me at least) the butterfly was still perfectly intact, so I could take pic’s of it. Here are a few:

-Favorites From This Month-

I actually didn’t buy that much stuff this month, which is almost a total shocker. XD

Favorite Songs:

So since I didn’t really buy anything interesting, I’ll be featuring some of my favorite songs from this month! πŸ™‚

This is actually Lauren Daigle’s new album Look Up Child. I’m actually listening to it as I write this blog post. XD

A great one by TobyMac ^

I like this really neat and unique one from King and Country!

I always will wonder how many instruments that those guys can play XD At the concert I went to, they really did throw confetti, it was cool! πŸ˜€

-Looking Into October-

Goals:

  • Launch my new business.
  • List 2-3 new products per week.
  • Write 10 posts.
  • Read 5 books.
  • Finish my novel.
  • Exercise and wake up early 6 days a week.
  • Keep up with school
  • Take at least 100 good pictures.
  • Write some letters.

Well that’s a wrap! October is one of my favorite months, and I’m really hoping that this next month will bring some beautiful weather, pleasant days, and productivity!

What are some of your goals for October?
