{Kitchen Sink} No Bake Cookies

Hello hello friends! Let me just start by saying that these cookies are amazing. Like really really really amazing. They have a gooey, brownie, fudgy like taste, and then on top of that there’s like a ton of different add-ins… You will love them, pinky swear promise!

c1

Start with some super yummy looking toppings. (and eat a few while you’re at it) Oreo’s, Mn M’s, Hersey cookies and cream bars, peanut butter chocolate chips…..I could go on for days about what you could add. Basically anything except the kitchen sink…

c2

Then heat up some butter, cocoa powder, sugar and some milk.

c3

Go ahead and bring it too a boil.

c4

Life only get’s better. Next you’re gonna add some chocolate chips, oh, and some peanut butter.

c6

Add some oats, to bring everything together.

c7

Then things get really really good. Remember all those toppings? Go ahead and add those too! 😀

c8

Scoop em’ up and into ball shapes. Let them harden for a little bit, then gobble them up! 😉

c9

YUM!

Oh, and if you want the recipe it’s right down there:

Kitchen Sink No Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups sugar.

1 stick butter.

1/2 cup milk.

1/4 cup cocoa powder.

1 cup milk chocolate chips.

3/4 cup peanut butter.

3 1/2 cups rolled oats.

Any kind of toppings you like I used: Hersey’s cookies and cream bar, Mini Marshmallows, Peanut butter chips, and Oreo’s. But you can add whatever you want.

Directions:

First chop/crush all your toppings into small bit sized pieces. Spread them out on a cookie sheet and place them in the freezer

Combine the sugar, butter, milk and cocoa powder in a medium pot on the stove. Heat until boiling, and stiring until combined.

Once the mixture begins to boil, let it boil for 2 minutes, then remove it from the heat.

Mix in the peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Add the oats.

Bring the add-ins out of the freezer and mix them in as well.

If the mixture seems too dry then you can add a little water. If it seems to wet, then add a little more oats.

Use a spoon to drop the cookie batter onto a baking cookie sheet and covered in wax paper.

So what did you think? Do you think that you’ll try them?

Have a wonderful day!

Watercolor sign-off.

P.S. I’m sorry for the lack of posts lately. I have ideas and inspiration, but just not enough time right now….:/

  2. YUM YUM YUM!!! LOL, those look amazing, and pretty simple to do! No-bake cookies are nice when its hot and you don’t feel like using the oven… granted, you use the stove, but that cools down faster than the oven… heats up faster too!! 😀
