Cork Candle Holder

I was wondering what to do with all of the corks in my cork collection, so I decided to make some cute candle holders.

Be careful when lighting these as they tip over easily!

You will need:

3 Corks (from wine bottles, these need to be all the same size)

Basic Supplies

Wool Yarn (I like this yarn because it looks so natural,)

Tea candle

Gold metallic permanent-marker

Skill level: 2  Time: 10 minutes

Lets make it!

  1. Plug in a hot glue, color the metal part of the candle with the gold marker let dry
  2. Hot glue the corks together

Pull away all of the little strings left by the hot glue gun, this gives your project a professional look

Hot glue dry’s quickly so stick the corks together fast

  3. Cut a 3-4 inch piece of wool yarn, tie it on the corks, put hot glue on the anchor points to help the yarn stick
  4. Hot glue the candle to the top of the corks

When you glue the candle to the corks push down firmly so that the candle really sticks
