Hey guys! I know that so many of us are still working and doing school for home or at least are doing a hybrid option, and maybe you’re doing completely online or homeschool. One thing I’ve found that’s tricky is staying active throughout the day when I’m doing school and working from home. It’s so easy to just sit all. day. long. and that just isn’t healthy or really that pleasant. Even if you’re crushing your workout every day, sometimes, it’s just not good to sit all day.
