Hello everyone! I haven’t done a recent photography post in awhile so I thought it would be fun to do one today! Last week we got our Christmas tree up (more on that in a minute) and decorated it so I thought it would be fun to share some photos celebrating Christmas!
So first up our Christmas Tree! We usually go to a farm and cut down a live one, but this year we just decided to put up our fake one because we decided to buy blankets for a family in Belize.
Anyway here is our tree. It is quite small at 6.5 ft. but it does look nice!

Saturday it snowed!!!! It was so pretty! So I took some of our ornaments out for a little photoshoot!
Oh, and I had quite a few questions about the stocking that I made for our Advent Joy Kit
Here it is:
(and yes, my aunt who received the kit this year really liked it)
How do you exchange gifts in your family? In my family our parents give us 30 dollars for each kid. Then all of the other kids decide what to get that person. It’s really fun! But we actually only have 2 gifts maybe 3 bought. (they may have bought my gift, but of course I don’t know)
Anyway, here are some pictures of Grace and Samantha dressed up for Christmas!
I made both dresses myself (actually the red one I made for my sister) Aren’t they cute? I loved making them! They are actually the same pattern but my sister wanted hers more simple so I just didn’t do the extra embroidery on the top.
Here are some more details on the dresses:
And here is Grace in the gold/white dress:
Next up are some random photos of our ornaments

While it was snowing I took pics of some stuff that I thought it would be fun to tell the Christmas story with:

Well I hope you enjoyed today’s post! It was fun to take all of the pictures! Look out for Friday’s post, because it is going to be super exciting!
Have a great week!
Do you have your Christmas Tree set up?
What is your favorite holiday tradition?
Your photos are great! Are you going to do a tutorial on how to make Grace’s Christmas dress?

Thank you. Hmm, I don’t think so since it was from a book. And the patterns I used aren’t mine 😉

You’re welcome! OK. Are you going to do more AG sewing tutorials? Sorry, but I am trying to do a lot of sewing.

Hmm, maybe. I actually don’t really play with my dolls a lot, so I’m not sure…..

Ooh, great post, Hannah! I loved hearing about your family’s Christmas traditions, and also those dresses are amazing! I love the gold and white one especially. 🙂 And telling parts of the Christmas story with ornaments was a neat idea. 😀 It snowed here too!

Great pics! Your tree is pretty tall in my opinion! 😉 I ❤ Grace's dress, but Samantha's is really cute too! XD

Great post! I want to visit Kaleidoscope Farms before the season is over. My Christmas tree is up, but about 1/3 of the lights are out. Which is dimming the brightness of the tree. I may get new lights for it. It’s pre-lit, though and the lights are wired into the branches. As you know, I’m in a Christmas mood all year long. 🙂

Ooh, everything was so beautiful! I especially loved seeing the stocking and dresses you made, they were so pretty and professional! 😀 Yes, we decorated already, it looks so pretty! I even had a mini tree in my room and lights and lots of things! Do you decorate your bedroom? 😉 Oh, and I thought how you sent blankets with your tree money was so thoughtful! 😀 What a big blessing!
