Hey guys! I think that (at least here in the midwest) spring has finally begun to arrive. I love running in spring because it’s not too hot, but also not freezing cold. Even with the right weather, a tricky thing about running (long runs in particular) is that often there is nothing to do for the entire run, which makes it feel like forever.
