Copying My Favorite Tropical Smoothie Cafe Smoothies

Hey guys! I don’t know about you guys, but I LOVE the Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Their food is absolutely delicious and their smoothies are so refreshing and perfect for summer! My local Tropical Smoothie Cafe is open, but if yours isn’t yet (or you’d rather stay home) I’ll be sharing some super easy copycat recipes!

Jetty Punch

Ingredients:

10 one-inch banana slices, frozen

10 strawberries, frozen

2 Tablespoons maple syrup, honey or alternative sweetener (start at 2 Tablespoons, and increase as you’d like)

1/2 cup ice

1 1/2 to 2 cups almond or coconut milk

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 1 smoothie.

Blimey Limey

Ingredients:

1/4 cup pineapple, canned and drained or frozen

1/4 cup strawberries, frozen

2 Tablespoons maple syrup, honey or alternative sweetener (start at 2 Tablespoons, and increase as you’d like)

1/4 cup orange juice

1 Tablespoon lime juice

3/4 to 1 cup almond or coconut milk

1/4 cup ice

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender & blend.

Avacolada

Ingredients:

1/2 of an avocado

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup kale or spinach

1 to 1/2 cups coconut water

2 Teaspoons vanilla

2 Tablespoons lime juice

3 Tablespoons maple syrup, honey or alternative sweetener (start at 2 Tablespoons, and increase as you’d like)

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender & blend!

  1. Ooh, these sound really good! I’d love to make the first one but I’m probably going to have to subsitute almond milk for regular milk since we don’t have any. I don’t have a tropical smoothie cafe where I live (it sounds really good though!) but we do have a smoothie king! Thanks for sharing these recipes, I love making smoothies and these sound really good 🙂

  2. AHH THIS LOOKS SO GOOD! I want to try the avacolada one sometime when we have avocados and lime juice and coconut water (which may be never, but XD). It looks delicious!

    1. I know, the avacolada one is SO GOOD! Haha, I think you’d probably be able to use coconut milk, if you’re having trouble finding coconut water. 😉

  3. I literally LOVE tropical smoothie cafe!! Blimey limey and orange fiber glow are my go-to smoothies. Their hummus wrap is also to die for. I’ll have to try these copy cats! 🤍

  4. oooooo! These look SO good!! I don’t believe that there’s a tropical smoothie cafe anywhere near where I live (in Washington state) haha, but I love making smoothies, and I can’t wait to try these out!
