8 Resources That Every Christian Girl Needs

Hey guys! I don’t know about you, but I really love finding inspiring and encouraging Christian resources! It’s so neat to hear from other people and grow in my faith journey. In today’s post, I’ll be sharing 8 of my favorite Christian resources. They’re all super great, bibically based organizations, and I can’t wait to share them with you guys! 🙂

Girl Defined. I discovered Girl Defined almost 3 years ago, and oh my goodness, what a help they have been to me! If you haven’t heard of them, they are two Christian sisters who have started a women’s ministry. They have come so far since I first started reading them, and have continued to grow so much! I would most definitely recommend them.

Bethel Music. I know that there are SO MANY different worship groups, but Bethel has to be my favorite. I absolutely love their live “spontaneous” worship music videos on YouTube. It’s like being there in the room for 15 minutes.

Oh Beloved One. This online magazine is written by Amanda Brown, and guys, it’s just SO GOOD! Oh my goodness, and the aesthetic of it is lovely too. You can get the magazine for free online, or you can order it in print. 🙂

The Rebelution. I first read their book several years ago, and ahh, to this day, it’s just so good. I can’t get tired of re-reading it. They also have SO MANY great articles on their website, that I’d highly recommend.

The Bible. Okay, so I know this might be slightly cliche, but it’s absolutely the best resource out there. Staying in God’s word is SOOO important! If you haven’t read in the Bible before, I’d recommend starting with the gospel of Mark. The gospel of Mark has so many of Jesus’ words and also many traditional “Bible stories” that you may have heard before.

Wholehearted Quiet Time. Ahh, guys these quiet time guides are so amazing! I love how modern and aesthetic they are, but also how great of a resource it is. I’m hoping to order one of their quiet time companions soon, currently I’m really enjoying their blog though!

Graceful: Letting Go of Your Try-Hard Life by Emily P Freeman. I started reading this book last summer, and oh my goodness, it’s so relatable and helpful! It was written a few years ago, but it’s still super relevant and helpful, it’s one of my favorites and I’d definitely recommend it!

NIV Teen Study Bible by Zondervan. Okay, so I know I already said the Bible in general, but, for those of you looking for a great Bible, this one has to be my favorite. It has a “teen life index” where so many great questions are answered in a solid, biblical based way throughout the Bible. It also has a reading plan in it with a checklist.

Have you heard of any of these great Christian girl resources? What are your favorite Christian girl resources? As always, I’d love to hear from you in the comments below!

  1. Thanks for these awesome Christian resources for girls! I absolutely love Bethel music too and I’ve heard of Girl Defined before. I really like the Live Original blog by Sadie Robertson as well as online bible studies by Havilah Cunnington. I’m currently doing her free Grow one!

I heard the Bible letters each represent this – Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. Isn’t that a cool way of saying that?
