Hey guys! Goodness, this is late! I hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas and of course a happy New Years! And of course, here I am with the very un-original Christmas haul post – that almost every blogger does. (although I actually haven’t seen a lot of them this year, for some reason? XD)
Alsoooo, I know everyone says this, but I’m gonna say it anyway: (hopefully) everyone knows I’m not trying to brag or anything by posting what I got for Christmas.
Gifts are a way that some people celebrate the ultimate gift: Jesus coming down from earth to save humanity.
-Gifts-
Let’s start with the clothes! So I got this super soft and ultra cute gray sweater!
And also the yellow jersey shirt – so cute isn’t it?!?
Isn’t this nail polish cute. I already had the silver, but I got the red for Christmas. π
And of course art supplies for the artist. XD Pastels and a sketchpad. I haven’t had a chance to use the pastels yet, but they look really neat.
And my sweet friend Ellie got me these cute rubber stamps, and my friend and penpalΒ LauraΒ sent me these washi tapes. 20 of them!! My washi tape was dwindling, and now it’s full. π
I also got these Sharpie’s, I think it was a pack of 36 to start out with, but my siblings have been getting into them. π
Isn’t this mug lovely? I’m actually using it to drink my green tea right now.
Of course I got some cute jewelry as well. π
Thanks Isabelle for the bracelet (which I forgot to photograph, ugh) and my siblings for the earrings!
Oh and thank you to my cousin for getting me an Old Navy gift card. I already ordered and received my stuff!
^As you can see, I bought a sports tank-top, and a burgundy (if it’s not apparent, my favorite color) sweatshirt ^
Last but definitely not least I got Homebody – Joanna Gaines’ new design book! EEP, I was so excited! I’ve had so much fun looking through it! I requested it from the library when it first came out and I’m still 30 something on the waiting list. π
This book is so awesome! I’ve already looked through it a few times, and it’s definitely a favorite! π
Thank you everyone who gave me gifts – you guys are all so sweet!
-Adventures-
We usually don’t do too much around Christmas, but for some reason this year we did?
Waterpark:
This was a fun surprise. The first day of Christmas vacation, my parents surprised us with a waterpark visit. It was a fun day, but I don’t have any pictures, because I would’ve ruined my camera with all the spraying water everywhere. π
Mary Poppins Returns:
Ahh, this was another fun surprise! If you haven’t seen this movie yet – I’d definitely recommend it! We went to go see it at the theater, which was fun!
Family Movie Nights:
Again, another thing that happened was that we had many *at home* movie nights, watching Christmas movies. For almost a week, we watched a new movie every night. XD
Christmas Eve Dinner:
My family always goes to church on Christmas Eve, we usually go to the 4:30, but since that is always so packed – we decided to go at 7:30, which actually turned out being better.
New Years Eve:Β
And yes, we did stay up to watch the ball drop. π We had sparkling apple cider and did a toast at midnight, after watching the movie Wonder and a little bit of I Can Only Imagine.
Snow:
So for you information (since you all so badly wanted to know, not π) It didn’t snow on Christmas day. But be being theΒ weird me that I am, I saved snow from last year, and my sister and I did a (very small) photoshoot with it. I still have it, and plan on keeping it for, I donno, maybe forever? Maybe in 100 years it’ll end up in a museum and I’ll be famous? π
So all in all it was a fun Christmas – although I am sort of glad it’s over. Holiday’s can sometimes be more work than fun – especially if you’re busy. π
-Q&A-
Guys, I haven’t done a q&a in a year, and since then, both I and my blog have changed quite a bit. I’m hoping this will be fun, so just fill our the easy form below, and submit some questions! Also, I have the right to refuse any questions. #justsayin
Oh, and the reason I asked if you had any blogging questions is because I’m going to create a totally free blogging e-book, and I’m wondering what questions you guys have about blogging and how I can help answer them. π Like I said, they won’t be published in the Q&A post. π
Thanks for doing that guys! I’m super excited to answer your questions! π
And that wraps up this post, have a wonderful week guys!
-Hannah

It issss. π Yeah, it is, I’d say that the book has more details and stuff, and also some of the characters look different then they are described in the book. I’m not sure if it says this in the book, but Miranda doesn’t have all pink hair – just pink highlights, Justin looks wayyy different in the movie, Jack Will doesn’t seem as poor as he was pictured to be in the book (he has an expensive laptop/house) although I’d say he isn’t is rich as some of the other people. And Via, also looks different. But the movie’s good. π
