Hey guys! Today I’m super excited to share some of my favorite small business + some exciting news about my small business. I love the idea of celebrating Small Business Saturday, mostly because so many big companies have massive sales on Black Friday – sales that small business owners simply can’t match. Small Business Saturday is the day that all small business owners get some recognition. 

Many of the other teen blogger has Etsy shops or other small business. Today I’m going to be making a list + linking all of these amazing small business owners!

Oh and one more thing before I begin: My own Etsy business is running a sale 15% off + free shipping for Black Friday/Small Business Saturday/Cyber Monday + I’ve got some new listings up, so make sure to check those out!

Now onto some other small businesses!

Last year Allison started her own Etsy Shop: The Color Box Studio where she creates fun giclee prints, digital download prints, and envelopes! I recently purchased these envelopes and am super excited to receive them soon!

Clara also started her own business as well this fall! The Blogger Box is a box full of helpful info + items for bloggers. I haven’t purchased one yet (although I’m hoping to soon 🙂 ) but they sound super amazing!

Almost a year ago Megan started her own inchworm shop. (very neat idea btw.)

 

Another blogger Charis has a blog design service and also a book editing service, so make sure to check those out if you ever need some awesome looking blog design or some help with your book. (sounds like indecisive me needs some help XD)

  1. Happy Small Business Saturday! I did go out on Black Friday, but not for the purpose of Christmas shopping. ### I had to go to Walmart to get some brake fluid. As I drove by the mall I was amazed at how many cars there were in the parking lot. The mall has lost so many businesses across the years; which is really sad. Sear’s, Penney’s and Elder-Beerman’s were really important anchor stores that have disappeared. I remember when all the stores were filled and kiosks and booths were in the middle between the stores. ### I will checkout your Etsy shop out and the Etsy shops that you recommended also. ### It’s the most wonderful time of year! 🙂

    1. Hehe yes! I KNOW… I usually go to L*** or sometimes T****** (blocked those out for security purposes) to go shopping. The last time I went on a Friday night, they were actually surprisingly busy though, but mostly younger families.

  7. I love Allison’s and Clara’s businesses! I really love supporting small businesses, and this was a great post! And ha ha, I shopped online. No one could get me out in throngs of people, absolutely NOT. XD

    1. ME TOO! I think the only time I’ve gone Black Friday shopping in-store was for my camera, because they were having a great deal. I stood in line for almost 3 hours with my dad and missed Thanksgiving dinner with my grandparents, only to get into the store with no camera’s left, I looked online later that night, and there it was, the same price and free shipping. 😂 Lesson learned. XD XD

  8. I’m not big on black Friday shopping but I looked at some things for Leo!!!!!(just because they were on sale) I remember when you stood inline for 3HOURS AND MISSED THANKSGIVING DINNER!!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!!!!
